Theresa’s Cafe offers the best in “fresh home cooking” cooking from scratch using fresh and healthful ingredients in soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Breakfast can be the unusual; homemade yogurt parfaits, steel cut oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts, homemade muffins, scones or fruit bread or traditional; fluffy omelets, light and fluffy pancakes, waffles, special breakfast sandwiches, fruits (seasonal), fresh brewed coffees, tea (bottomless cup) and hot chocolate!
Lunch includes a seasonal variety of classic and gourmet sandwiches, burgers, daily 2 homemade soups, chili, a tempting choice of main course salads, plus 5 daily specials (check them out under the “weekly menu” heading) . Patrons stop by to pick up freshly made entrees to enjoy at home!
We have been preparing fresh foods for over EIGHT years for people who value healthful, tasteful, quality Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and catering.
We are happy to accept orders for our traditional homemade pies, cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes… They are made the old fashioned way, by hand and only from the freshest ingredients, our pumpkin pies are made from Real pumpkins (from a patch and not a can), our pie crust is hand made using only unbleached and unbromalated flour and butter; our apple pies are made from several different varieties of fresh apples, cheesecakes are made with real Philadelphia cream cheese; our chocolate cake is made with Drost chocolate, our vanilla butter creame frosting is made only with butter, powder sugar and pure vanilla from Europe.
